About the Role

Reporting to the International Markets Group (IMG) Commercial Business Director, this senior leadership role is responsible for owning and driving the Fleet Uptime Pillar across International Markets.

The initial focus will be Australia, with responsibility to design, embed, and then scale best-practice uptime strategies into Asia and Africa.

You will work closely with Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD), Fleet Sales, and dealer partners to build fit-for-purpose processes and solutions that minimise vehicle downtime and maximise customer productivity.

This role is based in Ford’s National Sales Company (NSC) office in Richmond, with a hybrid working model (4 days onsite).
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead fleet uptime monitoring and end-to-end issue resolution processes
  • Develop and own the fleet uptime strategy, informed by customer pain points, data insights, and market dynamics
  • Identify, prioritise, and gain approval for key strategic initiatives, including global alignment
  • Design and execute pilot programs, implementation plans, and go-to-market strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally with FCSD, Fleet Sales, dealer networks, and international stakeholders
  • Track performance metrics, identify root causes, and continuously optimise uptime outcomes
About You
  • Experience in fleet management, commercial vehicle operations, automotive service, or related environments
  • Deep understanding of commercial fleet customer needs and uptime-driven business models
  • Proven success designing and implementing strategies that improve operational performance and customer outcomes
  • Strong leadership capability across complex, multi-market environments
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
  • Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders, partners, and dealer networks
