What you’ll do:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing ANZ sales team
- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy
- Expand adoption in existing accounts & win new logos
- Build C-level relationships and close complex enterprise deals
- Drive pipeline, forecast accuracy, and double-digit ARR growth
- 10+ years in enterprise software sales, 5+ leading national teams
- Proven success scaling sales in high-growth markets
- Strong C-level network across major Australian enterprises
- Hands-on leader with strategic vision and execution focus
- Double-digit ARR growth across the ANZ portfolio
- New customer acquisition and strong retention rates
- Sales team consistently exceeding quota
- Accurate forecasts and a strong, fast-moving pipeline
