Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team across sales coordination and customer service
- Monitor and report on sales performance and operational KPIs
- Support the sales team to manage key wholesale accounts and build strong client partnerships
- Oversee order processing, fulfilment, and end-to-end customer experience
- Collaborate closely with licensing, product, and logistics teams
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements
- Proven experience managing wholesale operations, preferably within licensing or general merchandise market
- Strong leadership capabilities with a hands-on management style
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Highly organised with a commercial and strategic mindset
- Ability to work full-time, on-site, five days a week
