Their vision is to become a leader in their space, whilst maintaining a responsible and sustainable approach to all that they do, allowing them to maintain integrity at the centre of their operationThe Opportunity:Our Client is seeking a skilled Property Accountant to join the property finance team, responsible for the financial management and reporting of commercial property assets. This role involves end-to-end property accounting, including tax implications, maintaining property systems, tenant billing, and financial performance analysis.Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual property reports Manage property accounting, including tenant billing and lease administration Maintain and oversee property system data Collaborate with Property Managers on financial performance Manage capital/operational expenses, asset registers, and property budgets Ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements Assist with board reporting, special projects, and property acquisitions/disposals Skills & Experience Required: 3+ years in property accounting (financial and tax reporting), retail property exposure preferred.
