About the role Our company is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Financial Accountant who is available on short notice to join our team. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and budgeting. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assist in the preparation and completion of the final year-end close. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. Leverage prior auditing experience to control financial statement disclosures. Document key financial processes and develop associated Standard Operating Procedures. Create supporting templates to streamline the introduction of these processes. Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability and growth. Document key financial processes and develop associated Standard Operating Procedures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial processes and systems are efficient and effective. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in financial accounting. Preference for Big 4 / Auditing Background. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards. Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
