About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a vendor & accounts administrator to take a step into a supportive environment and be apart of a large organisation. This role will be best suited to someone who is a good communicator and can build relationships with suppliers/vendors.
The responsibilities:
Reporting into the Supplier Manager, the main responsibilities include:
- Setting up new Vendors into SAP
- Managing the onboarding documents and paperwork
- Managing any invoice queries or questions for both vendors and customers
- Assisting with wider operations team
The successful applicant will have: - Have 2+ years working in a similar position
- Experience using SAP is an advantage, but not a must have
- Experience working in the blue collar industry is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and great customer service skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Intermediate excel skills is an advantage
