About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a vendor & accounts administrator to take a step into a supportive environment and be apart of a large organisation. This role will be best suited to someone who is a good communicator and can build relationships with suppliers/vendors. 

The responsibilities:
Reporting into the Supplier Manager, the main responsibilities include:
  1. Setting up new Vendors into SAP
  2. Managing the onboarding documents and paperwork
  3. Managing any invoice queries or questions for both vendors and customers
  4. Assisting with wider operations team
The successful applicant will have:
  • Have 2+ years working in a similar position
  • Experience using SAP is an advantage, but not a must have
  • Experience working in the blue collar industry is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and great customer service skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Intermediate excel skills is an advantage
