Fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Payable and Payroll Officer to join a dynamic organisation based in Macquarie Park (free-parking + 2 days WFH). You will be joining a friendly and collaborative environment, reporting to the Accounts Payable Lead.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the finance team with high volume transactional AP activities including month end/year end processes, bank reconciliations, etc.
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts payable and receivable.
- Assisting with external audits
- Reviewing reports for accuracy and meticulously tracing errors back to their source
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build positive relationships and achieve business goals
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the finance team
- Foreign Exchange (FX) Transaction Recording
- Payroll Processing (Weekly & Monthly)
- Weekly Intercompany Invoicing.
- Environmental Reporting
- Processing of Storage & Delivery invoice, (average around 150-200 Invoices Monthly)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in any large ERP system is ideal (Oracle, SAP etc).
- Demonstrate the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Effective and adaptive communication skills.
