Our client is a privately held Development Group with an enviable 20+ year track record in townhouse developments in Victoria. Their developments are typically infill sites of between 30 - 100 townhouses per development. With continued growth in their development pipeline, this group are looking to recruit an Assistant Development Manager.
The Role
Working under the leadership of a proven Senior Development Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of multiple townhouse developments from site acquisition through to completion. Your role will focus on design and consultant management, planning and authority approvals, sales & marketing and financial reporting. You will also be exposed to the coordination of House & Land packages.
About You
Suitable candidates for this role will have:
- Tertiary Qualifications in architecture, construction or property
- Minimum 3 years professional experience, ideally working on townhouse developments.
- "Can do" attitude and passion for learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
