Responsibilities and experience includes:
- Define and develop a prioritisation framework.
- Business case establishment
- Provide evidence and track the benefits of an Agile approach
- Identify the relationship between existing processes and Agile will work, including release management, defect management and the change and gateway processes.
- Develop the framework for use cases
- Define and explain what Service Now is and Microsoft Power Platform and the benefits
