About the role:

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will manage all inbound customer and large retailer accounts related inquiries. You will be given the opportunity to provide exceptional Customer Service and work with both key internal and external stakeholders. This is a forward thinking and dynamic team environment where you will be able to further develop your skill set and progress your career. You must be immediately available 
  
  
In this Customer Service role, you will be responsible for a number of key duties including:
  
  • Answering and responding incoming calls and emails from clients
  • Processing and tracking customer orders
  • Managing day to day relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases
  • Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team to troubleshoot problems that arise
  • Resolving any customer complaint in a timely manner
  • Extensive reporting through excel
  • Extensive Customer Service and Administration support to the wider team
  • Ad hoc duties as required
  
Previous Experience:

This is a unique role that requires someone who has exceptional and proven relationship management skills as well as:

  • Three years experience in a similar Customer Service Officer / Administration focused role
  • The ability to handle complex and difficult client related issues
  • Experience in SAP is preferred
  • Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong Administrative skills
  • Understanding the importance of quality and efficiency
  • Ability to multitask and complete a number of tasks at once
  • Can do attitude and a positive mindset
