About the Business:
A major provider of tertiary health services, education, and research is looking for a Datawarehouse Developer to join their business. 

About the Business Intelligence Unit:
Sitting within the Business Intelligence Unit, this role is responsible for managing data warehouses and spearheading analytical projects. We're at the forefront of healthcare data analytics, driving insights that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance the Clinical Enterprise Datawarehouse to address reporting requirements from various clinical areas.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the Clinical Enterprise Datawarehouse.
  • Oversee data quality and address escalated issues impacting operations.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain data warehouse environments, resolving processing issues.
  • Play a pivotal role in migrating on-premise solutions to the Azure environment.
  • Follow documentation processes meticulously, including Jira, Confluence, GIT, and data cataloguing.
  • Ensure quality control of all artefacts developed for the Clinical Enterprise Data Warehouse.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise data modelling, handling structured and unstructured data.
  • Strong proficiency in Kimball dimensional modelling methodology.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure data platform.
  • Essential proficiency in Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite, including SSIS, Power BI, SSAS, and Power Apps (Tabular and Multi-dimensional, Azure Data Factory).
  • Knowledge of Public Health data is advantageous.
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in a relevant health or business field.
