The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for strengthening online presence and driving customer acquisition through data-driven, technology-enabled marketing.
The role leads the website redesign, enhances SEO and analytics performance, manages paid media campaigns, and integrates AI-driven functionality to optimise digital engagement.
It combines technical capability, strategic thinking, and collaboration to elevate brand visibility and deliver measurable business growth.
DUTIES
Website & Digital Experience
- Execute and manage website redesign to improve UX, navigation, and conversion pathways for customers.
- Oversee CMS management; ensuring content, structure, and integrations support business objectives.
- Implement AI-powered features such as content personalisation, chatbot functionality to enhance engagement.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic visibility
- Conduct technical SEO audits, improve site architecture and optimise landing pages
- Develop a structured website content program to improve visibility and brand recognition amongst prospective and current customers.
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure content aligns with priorities and business goals.
- Manage analytics tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and dashboards to monitor traffic, conversions and lead generation.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise website and campaign performance.
- Ensure best-practice data governance and accurate tracking of both B2B and B2C marketing activity.
- Use customer research, market insights, and competitive analysis to inform multi-channel campaign strategies and audience segmentation.
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and social platforms to drive qualified leads and applications.
- Continuously test creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximise ROI and reduce cost per lead.
- Analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and apply learnings to improve conversion outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Utilise LLM-based tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude) for scalable content creation, ad copy testing, and keyword optimisation.
- Explore new AI solutions to support automation, personalisation, and enablement.
- Stay across digital, AI, and recruitment technology trends to identify innovation opportunities.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing within professional services, or B2B/B2C service environments preferred, but not essential
- Proven success in website optimisation, SEO, analytics, and paid campaign management.
- Proficient in CMS platforms (WordPress, AEM, Drupal, Access Volcanic, or similar).
- Skilled in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEMrush (or equivalent).
- Experience using AI tools or an openness to learn
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate insights into strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project delivery capability.
