About the role:

This is a unique and challenging role that transcends the traditional duties of an Executive Assistant and will allow you to work as a true business partner. Providing directed support to the CFO, you will act as the link between your Executive and all other stakeholders and essentially represent them to the business and external parties on a global scale. This is a busy and challenging role where no two days will be the same, and it will allow you to work across projects and initiatives, as well as being involved in every facet of the business. Key responsibilities:
  
Having previously supported a C-Suite Executive, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Complex diary, email and travel management on a global scale working with various time-zones (in particular southeast Asia)
  • Evaluate and prioritise meeting requests, priorities and commitments allowing for travel time, time-zone differences and other constraints
  • Full-scale email inbox management and corresponding on the behalf of the executive
  • Writing and formatting confidential documents and presentations on behalf of the CFO & General Council 
  • Streamline all meetings in preparing all material, speeches, presentations, agendas and action items, as well as taking minutes and actioning follow-ups
  • Act as the main point of contact between the CFO and the senior leadership teams and be able to identify high priority internal and external, stakeholders
  • Format, read and review board papers to ensure there is no discrepancies and distribute to the relevant board members
  • Attend board meetings for the purpose of minute taking and draft minutes and actions-arising lists
  • Lead various different projects across the business
  
Skills / Experience:

You will be an experienced Executive Assistant with a long and celebrated history supporting C-Suite Leaders to achieve excellence. Key skills and experience required include but are not limited to;
  
  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-Suite leader 
  • Demonstrated experience in complex diary management, accounting for multiple time zones, as well as booking travel on a national and international scale
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to draft and send correspondence on the behalf of your executive
  • Extensive experience preparing, reviewing and formatting board papers and reports
  • Experience in minute taking and secretarial duties
  • Dedicated to work with exceptional organization skills, and the ability to follow through on all matters
  • Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, and think outside the box when faced with issues
  • Sound judgment and morals with personal integrity, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Flexibility in all areas including openness to travel and work away from home on rare occasions
