In this key leadership role, you will lead and mentor a team ensuring timely and accurate reporting, robust controls and commercial insights to support GMs and their decision-making. You will question and challenge your key business partners in order to drive operational and financial performance. You will ensure compliance on all statutory matters and will identify areas for process improvement and execute accordingly.
 
Ideally having commenced your career within a chartered firm (Big 4 or mid-tier), you will be CA/CPA qualified and have demonstrated expertise in Finance Manager roles within complex product based environments (retail, consumer goods, FMCG). You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to exert influence across the business will be fundamental to your success. You will be inquisitive and commercially minded and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
