This role will provide advice to a broad range of stakeholders and drive employee engagement, higher performance and cultural initiatives.
Reporting through to the HR Lead, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Execute HR policies and plans across the business
- Partner with business leaders to provide support and guidance across various HR matters
- Support change initiatives
- Recognise issues and trend in HR and communicate with HR team for improvements and growth
- Act as a support to Managers through providing advice on performance-based matters coupled with the assistance of training in an effort to upskill the workforce and ensure the right people are in the right roles
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects
About You:
- Qualification in HR or similar
- Sound experience as a Senior Advisor or Business Partner
- Heavy industry experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience working in a business partner model
- Strong relationship building skills
