Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, they are now seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to support their NSW operations. This role will suit someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and brings strong ER/IR capability.
This is a true generalist role partnering closely with operational leaders while contributing to broader strategic people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide high-quality generalist HR support across multiple business units.
– Lead and advise on complex ER/IR matters, including investigations, negotiations and case management.
– Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals and operational priorities.
– Coach and develop leaders across the employee lifecycle to build capability and confidence.
– Deliver and support key projects across culture, performance, workforce planning and change.
– Collaborate with specialist teams across OD, Reward, Talent, Analytics and Workplace Relations.

About You:
– Solid HR generalist background, ideally gained in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics or similar fast-paced environments.
– Strong ER/IR capability with confidence managing complex cases.
– Ability to build trust quickly and influence leaders at all levels.
– Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline (preferred).
– Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
