The Position 
  
This role is a part-time position with flexibility, allowing you to choose what days and hours would work best for you. Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide Operational and Human Resources support to the People & Culture Team along with the Operational Support Team. In this role you will be provide with a myriad of opportunities and experience, as no day will be the same in this role. You will be highly motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, allowing ample opportunities for growth and development. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Support, develop and assist managers with all generalist advisory queries relating to policies, procedures, performance management, disputes and resolutions, employment relations, Award interpretation and talent management;
  • Provide direct operational support activities to assist operational supervisors and leaders with operational requirements, including reporting, inspections, compliance and payroll;
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure maximum operational efficiency and effectiveness is maintained;
  • General operational and HR administrative duties.
Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience working as a HR Officer or HR Coordinator or similar Operational Support role;
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision and delivery of high-quality operational HR Service;
  • Team focused attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven ability to ability to work autonomously, have a high attention to detail and to prioritise tasks as needed.
