The Role
Drive the proactive implementation and continual improvement of the supply chain safety culture, strategy, plan, and performance across the ANZ Region.
Location is South-East suburbs.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of the ANZ Safety strategy particular to supply chain.
- Execute on the identified key safety priorities and establish measurable CI objectives.
- Provide insight to supply chain leaders on evolving safety trends and regulations.
- Lead a team of 4-6 direct reports supporting a national BU of 2000+ FTE.
- Be part of the BU Executive Team and influence key decision making and culture.
- Lead the development of safety performance reporting to the supply chain leadership team.
Skills & Experience:
- Relevant qualifications and credentials in WHS.
- Demonstrated industry experience in safety leadership from high-risk work environments.
- Extensive knowledge of safety legislation including WHS, HVNL (CoR), industry standards, and management system standards (ISO45001, ISO45003 & ISO14001).
- Ability to build and sustain productive relationships with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop your team and influence across an organisation.
- Ability to develop reporting and metrics for all levels of the Supply Chain network.
