The Role Working closely with senior leaders, your responsibilities will include:
- Executive-level calendar, travel, inbox and expense management
- Document and presentation preparation (Word, PowerPoint)
- Event and meeting coordination (internal and client-facing)
- Office management – from supplies to suppliers, couriers to kitchen
- Acting as the face of the office – welcoming clients and visitors, keeping everything professional and polished
- Health & safety compliance, fire warden responsibilities, building management liaison
- Continuous improvement of systems and processes
- 3–5+ years’ experience in a similar EA/Office Manager role, ideally in professional services
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and tech-savvy mindset
- Confident, clear communicator with a high level of attention to detail
- Thrives under pressure and enjoys working both autonomously and collaboratively
- Proactive, adaptable and ready to hit the ground running
- $45–55/hour + Super (depending on experience)
- Full-time, office-based role through to Christmas (with high potential to extend or go permanent)
