About the Role:
 
Our client, a well-established healthcare provider operating Urgent Care Clinics across the Bayside area, is seeking an energetic and organised Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join their growing support hub.
This is an exciting and hands-on role, including every second weekend, perfect for a proactive individual with strong administrative skills and a genuine passion for healthcare operations. You’ll play a key role in keeping clinics running efficiently, coordinating rosters, managing facilities, and supporting both clinical and non-clinical teams. No two days will be the same in this fast-paced and rewarding environment.

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily rosters for GPs, Registered Nurses, and Medical Receptionists.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the wider team.
  • Manage clinic supplies, facilities, and general service needs.
  • Support on-call phone coverage for operational queries.
  • Act as a central communication point for staff and partner organisations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across multiple clinic sites.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in medical or healthcare administration, practice management, or operational support (2–3 years preferred).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and written skills.
  • Experience using rostering platforms (e.g. Tanda) highly regarded.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
