About the Client
Based in Melbourne's Western suburb, Truganina, our client is a highly successful organisation with an excellent brand in the Australian manufacturing market. We are looking for a Payroll Officer who has experience managing the end to end process and is capable of working in this close knit team to then assist with varying finance duties. The business wish to offer you job security as a valued employee, with a full-time permanent role.
The Responsibilities
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
- Weekly end to end payroll processing for 100 employees
- Interpreting EBAs and awards
- Payment of superannuation and tax
- Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable duties
- Reporting duties where required
- Handle various queries from internal and external stakeholders
Ideal candidate
Our client is ideally looking for someone with a minimum three years end to end payroll experience, and broader finance expertise. You will be an energetic & passionate worker who can confidently complete your required tasks, and then enjoy assisting the broader finance team when required. Additionally, you will have excellent verbal and written communication, with an excellent ability to multi-task.
