An industry leader is seeking a Payroll Test Analyst to join their payroll transformation program. This contract role offers the chance to contribute to a high-profile project, working with a supportive and collaborative team.

About Our Client
Our client is a market-leading organisation, known for professionalism and strong engagement across their business. They are currently undertaking a payroll system migration and require a skilled analyst to support testing and validation activities across the project.

The Role
Reporting to the Project Lead, your duties will include:

• Validate migrated employee data for accuracy and completeness
• Run comparative pay checks between legacy and new systems
• Log, track and reconcile defects
• Collaborate with payroll, HR, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Support payroll operations and testing as required

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:

• Payroll testing experience with UKG
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data validation
• Excellent communication skills across technical and payroll teams
• Ability to start immediately and commit for the full contract term
