A number of Sharp & Carter clients are currently going through major Time & Attendance upgrades by moving to UKG Pro. We are looking for payroll and time & attendance specialists to play a pivotal role in enhancing operations and implementing a state-of-the-art time and attendance system.
The Role
Reporting lines are dependent on the role, though responsibilities will include the following:
- Play a pivotal role in the implementation of the new UKG implementation
- Assist with ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, adhering to all statutory requirements.
- Manage onboarding, terminations, and payroll adjustments with precision.
- Provide expert guidance on construction awards and EBAs during system testing.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering insights and support across the payroll department.
- Proven experience in payroll, particularly with Time & Attendance systems, including UKG products
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
