Our client is a customer centric leader in wealth advisory who is seeking a personal assistant to provide administrative support to leaders within their team. They will provide seamless task execution in a collaborative, values-driven team.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage Advisers' schedules and coordinate commitments.
  • Schedule and prepare for client meetings.
  • Handle travel arrangements and incoming communications.
  • Provide relief to Receptionist and manage overflow calls.
  • Proofread, edit, and manage document distribution.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as directed by Advisers.
