Responsibilities:
- Manage Advisers' schedules and coordinate commitments.
- Schedule and prepare for client meetings.
- Handle travel arrangements and incoming communications.
- Provide relief to Receptionist and manage overflow calls.
- Proofread, edit, and manage document distribution.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as directed by Advisers.
