Sharp and Carter are working in partnership with state government department that is looking to employ 2 x Principle Design Officers. This department is a regulatory body that ensures that Queensland building and construction industry continues to grow in a safe, maintained and regulated manner.
The Role
This role is to view the process related to customer engagement and deliver outcomes to better improve the customer journey and engagement. You will work with a variety of teams to improve overall experience using analysis and research to create new improvement concepts. An important part of your role is to apply behavioural economics to support the organisation to achieve behavioural change.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Benchmarking current process to review and establish current performance
- Plan, lead and deliver design initiatives
- Identify and developing user expectation testing and other engagement opportunities.
- Plan and facilitate focus groups, workshops and in-depth interviews to uncover challenges
- Drawing on information from diverse sources, using experience to analyse customer impacts to identify transformation and behavioural opportunities and new high value initiatives.
About You
You will have the ability to develop and manage customer design based work to devise, recommend and implement solutions involving new procedures in the process of business improvement. The successful candidate will be able to identify, diagnose and apply behavioural interventions using analysis and economic principles. You will be a natural problem solver with a curios mindset that will care about the journey of customers.
