Our client is a global business who are leaders in their market. With a reputation for excellence within their industry, they are going through an exciting growth phase and are seeking an experience Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of Kronos. This role would suit someone who has a passion for Project Management, Payroll Systems, and Implementation.

The Role

The role is required to lead the Payroll and Rostering Systems Project from design to implementation and transition to business as usual.
This position is responsible for:
  • The preparation and delivery activities for the implementation of Kronos
  • Responsible for all aspects including planning, budgeting, design, implementation, testing, training, deployment, and support transition
  • Establishing the appropriate governance and control process to ensure successful implementation of the selected systems under scope, to meet organisation requirements within agreed timeframe, scope, cost, and quality
  • Liaising with key stakeholders across the organisation and implementation partners.

Candidate Profile

You will have the following attributes:
  • Thorough working knowledge in the use and configuration of Kronos WFC
  • Proven ability to design, write and test interfaces in Kronos
  • At least 3 years’ experience with HRIS systems
  • Experience in implementing Payroll and a Workforce Management System for Timesheets and Rostering
  • Health care experience /substantial experience of project delivery with Health Industry systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Excel numeracy skills
