We are looking for a good Pronto Technical SME. This role requires someone with a good technical underlying Pronto Xi to assist enhance the maturity of the current system.

The key areas for improvement include finance, point-of-sale, inventory, warehousing and reporting.

Essential Requirements

•  High level of Technical knowledge of Pronto Xi
• Technical understanding of Pronto Cloud & configuration in cloud environment
• Understanding on technical configuration options of Pronto Xi
• Finance & supply chain qualification or experience including finance, point-of-sale, inventory and WMS
• Understanding of inventory management and WMS in Pronto Xi
• Capability to write reports in TrueForm and Cognos
• Technical Documentation
• Experience in Training of end users

Desirable Requirements 

• Worked as a technical consultant or a super user with Pronto XI
• Configured RF devices in Pronto in retail and Warehouse environment
• Worked successfully with Pronto Software consultants and support to resolve issues
• Change Management understanding and processes
