The Role
My client is looking for a Senior Finance Transformation Manager (Project focused) on a contracting basis to assist the Finance team with a number of key finance projects that are currently being undertaken.
Reporting to the CFO, this person will play a crucial role in a number of aspects including but limited to:
- The overall development, deployment and maintenance of Finance projects including implementation of new accounting standards
- Developing and implementing new financial policies, procedures and processes
- Assisting with the year-end audit process
- Assist with the Group financial budgeting process
- Ensure all work is delivered on a timely manner and with agreed delegations
- Provide business decision support to key stakeholders across the business
The Candidate
CPA or CA qualified, you will ideally have a significant number of years experience as a senior finance professional with a proven track record with project work be it with a transformation or change management focus. You have proven leadership experience and the desire to succeed and willingness to partner with a strong team of internal and external stakeholders to support the growth agenda of the company. This role will demand a strong process improvement mindset. Experience working in the property development industry will be advantageous.
