The Senior Human Resources Business Partner plays a critical role in aligning business objectives with best practice in human resources. You will work closely with managers and senior leaders, support a high-performing team, and provide leadership to a small group of human resources practitioners.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with managers to design and implement workforce strategies and fit-for-purpose HR solutions
- Provide trusted advice across complex ER matters, including investigations, performance management, and case work
- Coordinate WHS initiatives, ensuring compliance and embedding well-being programs
- Support and coach leaders on workforce planning, culture, and engagement
- Oversee recruitment activity through your direct report and provide leadership across a collaborative team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, frameworks, and service delivery
- Two to three years of human resources business partnering experience in either the public or private sector
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and proven employee relations case management experience
- Demonstrated ability to implement and coordinate workplace health and safety initiatives
- Strategic partnering capability with the ability to operate independently
- A proactive and energetic approach, with confidence navigating competing priorities
- Human resources qualifications are desirable but not essential
- Up to three days of working from home each week
