About the Role

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this 12-month maternity leave contract will suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, autonomy and pace.

You’ll play a key role in leading a small team while managing global cyclical activities, engagement programs and key business initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide leaders on people matters, help embed new frameworks, and continue building a strong, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support two team members while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Manage global HR cycles including performance reviews, engagement surveys, and remuneration processes.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations issues, guiding leaders to manage risk and build capability.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver practical, people-focused solutions.
  • Support the delivery of leadership programs and professional development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible HR information across internal systems.
  • Partner closely with Payroll on remuneration and people data reporting.
  • Coordinate HR activities and processes across multiple global locations.
  • Contribute to culture, engagement and performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR generalist or business partnering capacity.
  • Demonstrated success managing cyclical HR programs and global people processes.
  • Strong ER/IR knowledge and ability to handle complex people matters with confidence.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving business environment.
