Our client is currently in the middle of a payroll systems migration to iChris and is looking for an experienced iChris/Chris21 payroll expert to come on board and support the transition. You’ll play a key role in supporting the payroll team as they move into a new system. Our client needs someone who can confidently assist with documentation, training, and BAU support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the rollout of iChris and ensure a smooth handover from MYOB.
- Create clear and practical SOPs, training tools, and process documents.
- Train internal payroll staff (including a NZ-based team member) on using iChris.
- Assist with BAU payroll tasks as needed once the system is live.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the new processes are embedded and running efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of iChris/Chris21, with hands-on payroll and system migration experience.
- Able to break down complex processes into simple, easy-to-understand documentation.
- Confident delivering training and supporting team members.
- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
