This position is ideal for a recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills and construction industry knowledge who enjoys end-to-end delivery without the pressure of sales or BD targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver effective recruitment strategies across white-collar roles
- Manage 10–15 live vacancies at any given time, with peaks of up to 30 roles
- Proactively source and pipeline top talent across engineering, project management, and construction leadership positions
- Utilise recruitment systems (ELMO) and data insights to manage process efficiency and candidate experience
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units
- Proven experience recruiting across construction or related technical sectors (agency, RPO, or internal)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring outcomes
- Capable of managing high-volume, white-collar recruitment portfolios
- Ideal for candidates seeking stability, flexibility, and meaningful project involvement
- 6–12 month contract with strong potential for ongoing extension
