Highly reputable Community Services business based in Western Sydney is seeking an experienced Team Administrator to support their team on a 3 month temporary basis, commencing asap.
The Position
- Organise and book meetings
- Create meeting agendas & take meeting minutes
- Organise catering & team events
- Collate and format reports
- Create MS Word & Excel documents & MS PowerPoint presentations
- Co-ordinate collateral from marketing for sales team events
- General administrative duties as requested by management
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant, PA or Administration Assistant managing the above duties
- Intermediate skills using MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
- Immaculate presentation
- Professional approach to work
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Immediate available and able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
- $30 + Super P/HR
- Work hours 9:00am to 5:00pm
