The role
- Co-ordinate and schedule trades and services to make sure maintenance is completed as quickly as possible
- Keep Maintenance Tracker Dashboard up to date, reflecting any open and closed items
- Achieving set Maintenance/Warranty targets
- Refer to Victorian Standards and Tolerances and BCA’s for defecting rectification standards.
- Liaise with clients regarding maintenance requirements for homes currently within the maintenance and warranty period when necessary.
- Producing and maintaining maintenance and warranty reports
- Previous experience in new homes construction
- Intermediate level of skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
